Do you charge for estimates?+
No. Written estimates for hardwood, LVP, tile and commercial floors are always free, we visit, measure, talk through colors and finishes, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent refinishing jobs, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "free estimates" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
Will you protect the rest of the house?+
Yes. Doorways sealed, paths protected, vents covered during sanding, and a final vacuum with our machines, not yours.
What happens to the old flooring?+
Out the same day it comes up, staples, tack strips and underlayment included, recycled where the material allows.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, in writing, workmanship warrantied on every install and refinish. If a board, seam or edge is not right, we make it right first and free.
